Frequently Asked Questions
How much is paid per sale?
In general at last 50% of net profit per sale which can equal $10-$30 and more for simple items to $100 plus for travel, entertainment and show tickets. Mezuzahs are sold very close to cost, which covers shipping, credit fees, overhead.
Can I have more than one store?
Yes, and you should absolutely have individual stores for Shul, N’shei, CTeen etc.
By creating multiple stores that align with your community’s unique interests…
- You empower them to support their passions.
- They can easily share the app with their friends, extending your reach to new audiences.
Who are you?
My name is Dovid Kaleky. I live in Boca Raton, Florida, and I’m a member of Chabad of Central Boca. I’ve been in the web and app development business for several years, following a previous career in home building. I currently run several websites, including Moshiach.com and Florida.com. You can learn more about my professional background on my Linkedin profile.
CTeen? For sure!
A recent study by investment banker Piper Sandler found that 79% of female teens and 76% of male teens shop online.
Beyond being buyers, teens are also great sharers.
Our platform allows users to share effortlessly. Because the app features Jewish products, teens are likely to share it not only with their friends but also with their parents, who in turn will share with other adults.
Schools? Absolutely!
All parents want to support their child’s school in some way.
With our app offering a wide range of perfect gifts for any occasion, including shirts and other items tailored for your school, you have the opportunity to tap into this desire.
Plus, parents will want to share the app to help raise funds for your school.
Nshei? Without a doubt!
With a wide array of women-centric gifts, your custom app naturally appeals to women seeking something special.
Shul? Why not?
Beyond asking, “Rabbi, I need a mezuzah,” your e-commerce store becomes the go-to for unique Jewish items, travel, and more—all while earning money and reaching other Yidden.
Friendship Circle? Sure thing!
Parents are grateful for the work you do.
This is a wonderful way for them to support your cause while sharing it with others who understand the importance of your efforts.
Tiferes Z'keinim Levi Yitzchak? This will work.
While it may be true that the Yidden you help are not your main buying audience, their families are. When family members see the wonderful gifts they can purchase while supporting your cause, you have a winning formula.
Chabad on Campus? All the way!
Students are natural buyers and sharers. With a wide array of items available, they will not only purchase but also share with friends and family.
How do I receive payments?
We pay you monthly via ACH transaction. We use Stripe to process all transactions. When you join you will onboard to Stripe a simple process.
Where do you source your Mezuzahs?
Shluchim office.
What is your return policy?
In general, since most items are personalized, all sales are final. However, if there is an error with an item due to our supplier, we will make the necessary adjustments. For items from Israel, we will also make adjustments if the customer is not satisfied. Please note that if a return is needed, there is a shipping fee of approximately $20. This information is clearly stated on the product pages at the time of purchase. Our priority is always to ensure our customers are happy, and we will make every effort to resolve any issues.
